Why We Do This Work
The Guardian Touch began when our founder, after losing a close family member, realized how difficult it was to keep a loved one's grave site looking the way it deserved — especially for families who live far away, have limited mobility, or simply don't have the time.

Founder & Owner, The Guardian Touch
Bobbi Audrey Felando founded The Guardian Touch after experiencing firsthand the heartache of watching a loved one's grave fall into neglect. Unable to visit as often as she wished, she felt the quiet guilt that so many families carry — the worry that distance or circumstance means a beloved person is somehow forgotten.
That experience lit a fire in her. With a background in caregiving and a lifelong commitment to serving others, Bobbi channeled her grief into purpose. She began caring for grave sites in her community with the same tenderness she would give her own family — and quickly discovered that countless other families shared the same need.
Bobbi believes that honoring the dead is one of the most profound acts of love the living can offer. Every grave she tends is a promise kept — to the person resting there, and to the family who misses them. Her work is not just a business; it is a calling, carried out with reverence, pride, and an open heart.
